WILLIAM GOODHEW

There passed away this morning at his residence, 161 Agricola Street,
William Goodhew, a native of England who however had spent the greater part
of his life in Halifax. Mr. Goodhew who was 81 years of age, was a widower,
his wife having died some years ago.

After an illness of only 2 weeks the death occurred at her home, 3 North
Clifton street last evening, of Mrs. William Goodhew in the 72nd
year of her age. Death was due to heart disease. She is survived by 6 sons,
William, James, Thomas and Robert, Halifax; John in Oregon and George, Youngston,
Alberta and one daughter, Mrs. C. F. Northup of St John.
